1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the jl099 platform (website, mobile site, and any associated services, collectively "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. • Maintain only one active account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Complete identity verification procedures when requested, including submission of government-issued identification documents.
• Not register or operate an account on behalf of another person.

2.3 Account Verification

jl099 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of account balance. Verification is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱10,000.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl099 account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent jl099.
• Immediately notify jl099 customer support of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.2 Prohibited Account Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Allow any other person to access or use your jl099 account.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.
• Use VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true location.
• Engage in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or cooperative play designed to defraud other players or the Platform.
• Use automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jl099 accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other payment methods displayed on the Platform. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is ₱100,000 for standard accounts.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jl099 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya) may impose transaction fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit from a foreign payment source.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jl099 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, trademarks, and copyrights, are the exclusive property of jl099 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use jl099 branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission.
• Frame, mirror, or create links to the Platform without authorization.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any Platform software or games.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl099 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, deposits, or account balance due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Third-party payment processor errors, delays, or failures.
• Damages resulting from reliance on information provided through the Platform.

In no event shall jl099's total liability exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you.

11. Dispute Resolution

If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter through our formal dispute resolution process.

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts located in Metro Manila.

11.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration under Philippine Alternative Dispute Resolution rules. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

12. Amendments to Terms

jl099 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, Platform notification, or prominent notice on the website at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before closure.
